Delivery Guidelines

Delivery Fee

  • Free delivery for order totals over HK$500 (excluding outlying islands and restricted zones);
  • For orders less than HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$50 will apply (excluding outlying islands and restricted zones);
  • If the delivery address is located in either the outlying islands or restricted zones, please contact us (via Whatsapp or email) prior to placing your order to discuss possible arrangements;
  • Customers have the option to collect their order from our Ngau Tau Kok showroom. Please contact our customer service for details.

 

Delivery Date and Time

  • Depending on the time of placing the order, Customers may choose delivery dates between 2 to 10 days from the date of order;
  • Orders are delivered between 4pm and 9pm, Mondays to Saturdays, not public holidays;
  • As delivery times may vary due to road and traffic conditions, our logistics partner will contact you prior to delivery to confirm.

 

Delivery Arrangement and Other Information

  • For addresses without lift access, or is impacted by the pandemic, the logistics company may request the customer to collect at the lobby/ground level;
  • Whilst we will use our best efforts to ensure that an accepted order is correctly and satisfactorily fulfilled, we reserve the right to decline to fulfil an accepted order in whole or in part if we are unable to supply some or all items of an order because of unavailability or any unforeseen change of the products, or in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or any uncontrollable conditions;
  • Delivery service may be delayed in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or uncontrollable conditions. Delivery service will be suspended during red or black rainstorm warning, or the hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above. Our customer service representatives will contact affected customers to re-arrange;
  • If customers are not available at their selected delivery slot, we reserve the right to apply a redelivery charge;
  • In the event that the delivery details need to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible stating your order number as reference. Please note that we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated, therefore please ensure you check all details prior to confirming the order;
  • Gourmet Market will not be responsible for deliveries to an incorrect or outdated address. Please contact us for assistance.
